Communication

Communication is not only a transmission of an information process, but a process made by a subject that desires to obtain that the receiving part somehow reacts doing or thinking something.

The below story will help to better understand the concept.

The communication force
One day, a blind person was sitting on the step of the paving with a hat by his feet and a piece of card box in which he had written:
“ I AM BLIND, PLEASE HELP ME”.
A passing by copywriter, stood there and noticed that there were only few coins inside the hat. He bend over the hat and throw some money into it; then, without asking any permission to the blind, took the piece of card box , it turned it and on the other side wrote a phrase.
In the afternoon, the copywriter passed by again e saw that he blind’s man hat was full of coins and bank notes. The blind recognized the copywriter by his walk and asked him if he was the maker of the script on his piece of card box and in particular what he had written in it.

The copywriter answered “nothing that is not corresponding to the truth: I have only rephrased what you had written”, smiled, and walked away.
The blind person never knew that on his piece of card box now there was written: “Today is spring and I cannot see it”.
